Any two terminal linear network containing energy sources & impedances can be replaced by an equivalent circuit consisting a voltage source(V1) in series with an impedance(Z^). Z1 , Z2 , Z3 form a T-Network Z4 : Load Impedance , Current through this will be same for the equivalent circuit also
