NE555 Astable, 50-percent duty cycle with control

An NE555 circuit with a 50% duty-cycle. The components provided should produce a 20Hz square wave. The switch and transistor simulate controlling the NE555 with a 3V3 logic level, I.E., Arduino GPIO.
