Copy of inverting op amp circuit - AD8541

Circuit is designed to illustrate the rail-to-rail output capability of the AD8541. Transient SPICE simulation works properly with default setting, however, manually adjusting the maximum time step to 1e-5 sec and the end time to 5e-3 sec yields the same behavior as the interactive simulator (which also uses 1e-5 sec), namely, after two cycles the op amp output bottoms out at -3.3V instead of -12V.
